Welcome to Premier Auto Repair

Established in 2003

Premier Auto Repair is a family owned and operated auto repair center which has been proudly serving the Worcester, MA, community for over a decade. Our ASE Certified Technicians specialize in domestic and Asian vehicles, however, they also have the experience and knowledge to skillfully work on any make and model.

Our clean, modern shop is equipped with state of the art computer diagnostic equipment, an alignment machine, and the latest tools needed to work on newer car models. We want to provide a comfortable experience for every one of our customers so we have a dedicated waiting area with free WiFi and refreshments.

I was very impressed with Premier Auto. The online appointment process was simple. They did a thorough inspection of my vehicle, including taking pictures of some parts that will eventually need to be replaced. They provided a written report of the vehicle’s needs and an estimate to repair. I will definitely return.

I’ve been taking my car to Premier for over a year and I’ll never go back to a dealership. They are easy to work with, fair in their pricing and take the time to explain things to me in a realistic, non-pressured way. I appreciate this the most, as I always felt I was taken advantage of by dealerships as a woman. They have even ubered me to and from the shop when I opted to have more work done than I expected so I wouldn’t have to wait at the shop!

Just went to Premier Auto Repair for the first time, for a strange and worrying noise my car was making. They really took the time to figure it out and fix it, for a reasonable price. I wish I had tried this place years ago. Ashley is great, and kept me informed through the whole process. Highly recommend this place.

This was our first time bringing our car to Premier Auto Repair and I couldn't recommend this place more. Ashley was super helpful throughout the process by giving us constant updates on the car and being very transparent on what the problems were. The car is working great and we couldn't be happier. We'll be using them from now on as our main repair shop.
