I really highly recommend Premier Auto Repair. It was easy to make an appointment, Ashley was super communicative (sending a text reminder prior to the appointment, updating me on the status of my car's appointment after drop-off, calling me with diagnostic information and to review the technician's plan and outcome). Their transparency about the issue with my car, potential options for repair, and talking through the pros and cons for my options made me feel very comfortable and confident that they are operating above-board and really care about their relationships with customers. I will definitely be going there for any future auto issues!

Have been going to premier auto for a couple years now. They always are super responsive, fix my car quick, are transparent and communicative when getting a full diagnostic and are helpful with warranties. Will keep going here for sure.

After reading all the glowing reviews of this auto repair shop I took my car in due to rear brakes squealing. This was after I went “somewhere” else a few weeks ago for an exhaust and leaky gas tank issue and this was not even noticed. I requested a basic car exam which Ashley felt was not needed (how about that) but instead an abbreviated one. Sure enough they found things that needed fixing that were not caught before (sigh). The diagnostic showed what urgently needed fixing and what could wait and be fixed. A few other things needed some tlc and they were all fixed the same day. They even added notes to the invoice on how to gently break in my new brake pads (wow) Big thanks to A. Jalbert for doing all this work on my car and to Ashley for her superior customer service skills (which I am very particular about) keeping me informed every step of the way and knowing more about cars and repairs than anyone I have ever met; you are a gem. Consider me a lifetime customer (even though I am moving across town). Highly recommend.

Premier Auto continues to fix my old (208,000) car due to repairs not captured by my previous auto shop (front brakes, old cracked hoses) even replaced my gas cap because it was the wrong fit (I was surprised). Although I am getting a new car in the fall of 2024, I will continue to use Premier for all my auto needs. Keep up the great work Premier. You are a gem in a sea of auto shops. Ashley, you are one in a million with your customer service skills. Keep up the great work. You are the pros. Highly recommend.
