As soon as I walked into premier auto and saw Ashley I knew I was in the right place. She was genuine and really puts you at ease with how she explains the issues. She made me feel like I was in the right place! I will be back for all my automotive needs!!!

Quoted me for repairs I’m not sure we’re needed based on my presenting issue. Coded that came up when testing the vehicle were not all addressed when assessing what could be wrong.

Fantastic service and thorough diagnosis. They found and fixed a phantom squeak that has been plaguing me for months. Ashley was a great help and their system allowed for a smooth and informative process.

I’ve been taking my car to Premier for over a year and I’ll never go back to a dealership. They are easy to work with, fair in their pricing and take the time to explain things to me in a realistic, non-pressured way. I appreciate this the most, as I always felt I was taken advantage of by dealerships as a woman. They have even ubered me to and from the shop when I opted to have more work done than I expected so I wouldn’t have to wait at the shop!
