Service with the customer in mind! The Mechanic took a ride with me to confirm, assess, and collaborately decide on a game plan. The results were great, couldn’t be happier to ride out in a nice smooth ride again. Amazing service!!! The entire process was so convenient from start to finish. I requested an appointment online and they were able to connect with me same day and get me in on my requested date. I really appreciated the electronic updates via text messages as my car was being serviced. My car is getting up there in age and the service technician had found some unexpected issues that I was unprepared for; Premier’s style of having customers pick and choose the services themselves online from their home/work without feeling pressured or coerced into any expensive decision by staff is the best! Also, I was so impressed with the woman at the front desk- great customer service, super efficient, and amazing energy!! Will definitely be back.
