Excellent service.

My check engine light came on due to exhaust camshaft system was having issues where I was stalling whenever I stopped. I stalled over an hour away and tried pricing at a dealership (big no-no) and I’m glad I decided against going with them. Ashley was great at easing my worries and based on online reviews regarding this particular type of work, I felt assured that their prices were nowhere near what the dealership costs. Also Ashley informed me that the dealership was adding on extras that weren’t necessary. It’s turned out to be just a few minor fixes (compared to the HUGE list of “needs” from the dealership. The mechanics did excellent work as usual (as I’ve had my brakes done here before)! I will definitely continue to get my vehicle serviced here!

Good people but 2 months 5 visits, Almost 3k spent and check engine sign is still on.

Thankfully, I listened to the previous positive reviews of Premier Auto, and they certainly proved themselves. Brought my Outback in for an issue I thought was going to be fixed, in and out. Unfortunately, lights were still coming on. I was stranded on the road, they were closed but I texted Ashley and she immediately got back to me! She led me back to the shop, hooked me up that day with a loaner vehicle. Car needed head gaskets replaced. Price was relative, they were able to get it done sooner, and left me with loaner. One day out of shop, traveled up to Vermont and she ran beautiful! Ashley was amazing with keeping me updated and always replied immediately. Best customer service I’ve had from any business. Definitely my go to shop, and I highly recommend!

Having to bring your car into the shop is never an easy thing to admit to oneself. Most of us know enough to identify when it needs work, but not enough to know on what exactly, and the unknown can be anxiety provoking. I cannot speak more highly of Premier Auto Repair. I was so impressed with their diagnostic system, which provided a visual of the entire vehicle's health and an easy to read chart of what needs work and what doesn't, and to what degree and cost options (i.e., OEM or A/M parts). Not to mention, I brought my car in on a Wednesday morning and picked it up completely finished Thursday evening. Ashley is a wonderful customer service rep to work with, she is knowledgable, quick to communicate and very kind. I highly recommend, and will certainly be back!

I"m glad I took my car to Premier. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly. The mechanic changed my oil and gave it a once over. He found some minor problems. I plan on going back and they will most likely be my go to place. Thank you Premier.
