I have always taken my car and my wife's car to the dealer. But when we got a used Nissan for my kid, I didn't want to pay the high prices for what is a beat up used car. I looked around and found Premier Auto and we started with an oil change. Given the car is 10 years old, it was expected that other work would be needed. We slowly did more, starting with Tie Rod replacement. Then brake work (rotors and pads) and finally front left axle. All the work done did add up, but I know we ended up saving hundreds by going to Premier. I would not have done any work beyond the initial oil change if I didn't feel that Premier was trustworthy. Ashley was GREAT, answering questions, helping prioritize the needed work since we couldn't do them all at once due to costs to ensure that safety items were done first. I wanted to wait until all the work was done on my kid's car before writing a review. But, I can say that Premier is the type of shop that I will be coming back to for more work on the used Nissan. I also plan on taking my personal car here to do some maintenance, and hope to use Premier for all the work on my Honda in the future.
