Ashley was very nice and easy to talk to. The mechanic checked everything and gave me what my car needed. I love that they let you choose what you can get repaired. I have a new place to bring my car to be repaired.

I have been taking my car here for at least a year or so now for general maintenance and other repairs. I decided to try them based on the high reviews and proximity to work. I have been very pleased each time I have needed to make an appointment. Ashley is great to work with, is very responsive, and makes the need for my car repairs less stressful. All of my repairs have been done in a timely manner and, if not done the same day, I have been given a loaner vehicle. I highly recommend Premier Auto Repair for their service and will continue to bring my car there for repairs in the future.

I had a mechanic out in the Natick area that I truly trusted but since moving to Worcester haven't had that. It's hard to find and I hate to go to the dealership for every little thing. I finally feel that I have an auto mechanic and maintenance company that I can trust. They were professional, fast, and very reasonable. I'll be using them and recommending them long into the future

Outstanding! I had been having my car serviced at a big national company that I will not name (rhymes with Briar-bone) and never came away feeling like they had my best interests at heart. One trip to Premier and I left paying even less than I expected before going in! My car was serviced quickly and they simply texted a list of recommended services. No hard sell, just the kind of service you just don't see much of nowadays. They've earned my business for life!
