A few weeks ago, I was stuck on the entrance ramp to I-290 at 6:20 a.m. in 6 degree weather. I had just moved to town and hadn't yet found a mechanic or garage to trust with my business. I was stuck there waiting to hear back from my emergency road service rep., so researched on my phone garages in my neighborhood. From reviews online, I chose Premier, but they weren't going to open until 8:00--this among other frustrations w/the situation. I left messages in Premier's voice mailbox and with their online, pop-up chat, but expected little. I was surprised and relieved when Ashley called me back before 7:00. She was compassionate, professional, and on the job before she had to be! She was patient listening to me, and encouraging as she told me Premier could receive my car and look at it right away. Eventually, my car was towed to Premier where they diagnosed the car, and Ashley called me at home as promised. Because the diagnosis indicated a computer update that only the dealer can administer, she explained they'd need to charge for the diagnostic, but directed me to next get the car to my dealer. No unnecessary "fixes," and the diagnostic charge was comparable to charges I've had to pay before. All and all, Ashley provided both caring and professional service with no attempts to take advantage of my situation. I am rating my experience as "excellent," and I plan to return.
