Had a rim replaced. I had purchased one off EBay and this service station was able to fit me right in and did a great job. I’ve used them for many repairs on my car as well as my sons vehicles. These guys provide a great online description of the service before and after the repair. I highly recommend this repair station!!

Highly recommend this repair shop! My brake system needed to fixed and I am glad I found this place. Credit goes to Ashley for her professionalism. They will send a report of the inspection, which I found very helpful. Price is decent and work gets done fast. I would go here for all my repairs in the future.

Excellent service in a timely manner! They were quick to diagnose my car problems and provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be fixed, which included pictures. When the repairs took longer than initially expected, I was offered a (free) loaner vehicle for the weekend, which was a huge help.

My wife’s car was shaking when going over 55 mph for tires we bought at Tire whare house a year ago. So I did a google search for mechanics in Worcester. I’m a college student in Worcester and this was the first time I’ve had to have maintenance done on my car while away from home. Premier Auto made the process incredibly easy by allowing me to pick up my car after hours, and calling my dad to confirm all of the details regarding my repair. I brought my Audi S5 to get new winter tires installed along with a wheel alignment and balance. The staff was very friendly and there was great communication throughout the process. I was able to drop my car off the night before which is convenient for my work schedule. They finished up within the day and the new tires feel great. I’ll be using them again in the future for sure. My car died, probably like many others, in the middle of the last very cold spell. AAA recommended to get it to Premier Auto. They checked everything in a very timely manner and I had it back, all checked out and charged in a very reasonable timeframe.
