This was the first time I brought my car to Premier Auto Repair. I lucked out finding this family run business. You can tell their priority is insuring that you are happy with their service. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by how I was treated because it was not what I’m used to. I had my transmission serviced and new brakes put in. There were also some other parts that needed to be fixed and they showed me pictures of these parts so there was no question that the work needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised by the price I had to pay. When I mentioned I was going to get an Uber to get back to the shop the woman on the phone quickly offered to take care of that for me. She could’ve said nothing and let me pay for the Uber myself. I had no idea that the shop offered the service but instead they called for my Uber and paid for my ride to the shop. I’m happy I found people I can rely on to help me out with my car in the future. When you find good, honest reliable people to do business with it’s like finding gold. No one can be a jack of all trades, we all need to rely on someone to help us with what we can’t do. It’s nice to know when it comes to my car I know where I can go to be taken care of.
