Worcester Auto Repair

Have done multiple car starters over the years at premier and haven't had any issues except my battery dying in a remote that he replaced free of charge which was great! John (the owner) has opened on west Boylston st. and has done some repairs for me which have turned out great oil changes etc.... , but I recently had a repair shop which I wont mention the name, told me I had major issue with a pick up truck and was told was going to cost me at least 600.00 for parts and 1200.00 for labor because it had to do with the manifold gaskets.so I asked john to take a look at and tell me what I had to do. without telling him what the other mechanic told me. I could not believe he fixed the manifold for 400.00 labor and gasket in one day!!!! What an honest hard working caring bunch of guys at premier auto styling!!! thanks

Thank you John for the help the other day. I had a little problem with my Jeep. Ran it up there and got a coffee next door at Dunkins and by the time I was done and went over he fixed the problem which was minor, but could have turned into a very bad situation. I appreciate the honesty since more places customer service is dead and they look at you as a number not a person. Thanks guys.

Honest and reliable. I wouldn't let anyone else install remote starters. I send all my automotive customers to him for remote starters and have never had an issue. Thanks John for all your support over the years! !

Premier Auto is awesome. They have the BEST customer service I have EVER seen in my life. I have had numerous 'electrical' issues on my huge work truck and John and Ron have done everything possible to help me. They kept the shop open until 7:30pm one night until I could get there and then didn't even charge me because it was an easy fix. Last week on a Sunday (St. Patrick's Day Parade) I tried calling the shop but of course it was closed. I remembered that they have a Facebook page so I contacted John on his business page and, he not only responded but actually drove to meet me where I was because my truck wouldn't start. John got it started THEN he went down and opened up his shop on a Sunday, during the parade, just so he could be sure everything was running properly. I will never go to another shop in my life as long as these guys are still in business. John and Ron are true professionals in ever sense of the word and the epitome of customer service. Thanks again guys!

Recently I took my car into Premier for some issues I was having. The customer service was off the charts as was the investigation into the problem. Jon took several hours of his time; which was unscheduled by the way to figure out what was going on with my particular issue. He is thorough and genuine. A far better and much more of an enjoyable experience than Sun and Sound in Worcester.

Easy to deal with and straightforward. That's all you can ask for in my opinion. Ill be going back for any future needs.

These guys are the best! Unbelievable customer service, great price. Couldn't be happier. They truly take price in their work, and make the experience stress-free. They went completely out of their way to get the job done (so much so that I don't want to list exactly what they did, because it would be impossible to do in every case!). Just know that they are straight-shooters, and they have access to quality vendors and only order quality products. John is very upfront and will tell you exactly what you would be getting if you ordered a cheaper product. Their prices are not only competitive, but are the best around. John and Ron are fantastic! They have bent over backwards to help me out with my vehicle and they are more than professional. I've been in of tons of auto shops and they exceed one's expectation without a doubt. Clean shop, friendly, knowledgeable and very down to earth. I will recommend them to everyone!
