They called me before doing anything to my vehicle, went over everything with me that it needed in order of safety, and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions that needed to be made before moving forward. The guys at the shop are so friendly & accommodating. I've been a few times & they never try to push unnecessary things on you. They'll offer that you may need to replace things but never try to oversell you. They're also really great at explaining things & answering your naive questions. Prices are great! I'll be commuting to this shop when I move to Western Mass for my clinical training next year. They are so worth it.

At Premier the staff always take time to call my husband and I before car repairs are made so we can discuss options. They are honest and always get our car serviced in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

As a woman, bringing your vehicle to a repair shop can be intimidating. I've been to many shops where they will try to sell you services you don't actually need. Not here though! Excellent customer service. I brought my Jeep to John for an oil change and a brake job. I had assumed that I needed both front and rear brakes. I told them to do whatever they needed to do to the car. They then told me I only needed front brakes and that I didn't need the rears. It was nice knowing that I wasn't being taken advantage of and paying for something that I didn't need. Their prices are reasonable, the shop is clean and updated and the waiting area is comfortable! Highly recommended for all of your vehicle needs!
