As a woman, bringing your vehicle to a repair shop can be intimidating. I've been to many shops where they will try to sell you services you don't actually need. Not here though! Excellent customer service. I brought my Jeep to John for an oil change and a brake job. I had assumed that I needed both front and rear brakes. I told them to do whatever they needed to do to the car. They then told me I only needed front brakes and that I didn't need the rears. It was nice knowing that I wasn't being taken advantage of and paying for something that I didn't need. Their prices are reasonable, the shop is clean and updated and the waiting area is comfortable! Highly recommended.

Very nice, clean, friendly, super fast quality service, fair prices. Walked me throught everything that needed to be done /what could wait. Very happy with the results. 10/10

Took me right in for unscheduled appointment, always does great work at low $$. Been using them since they were on Hamilton st couldn't be more satisfied with their work and attitude toward s their customer. This place was amazing. Friendly and helpful customer service. I went in to get my breaks done on my Kia Rio after having a bad experience at another shop, they were able to do it within the hour and also did an overview of my car and told me the things that I needed fixed right away and what I would need fixed down the road. They even showed me on my car exactly what was wrong so I knew they were not just trying to get more service from me for things I didn’t need like other repair shops would. They even have the ability for payment plans which is the first time I’ve seen that at a repair place. I will definitely be returning and referring anyone and everyone here. They are awesome!
