Premier Auto is awesome. They have the BEST customer service I have EVER seen in my life. I have had numerous 'electrical' issues on my huge work truck and John and Ron have done everything possible to help me. They kept the shop open until 7:30pm one night until I could get there and then didn't even charge me because it was an easy fix. Last week on a Sunday (St. Patrick's Day Parade) I tried calling the shop but of course it was closed. I remembered that they have a Facebook page so I contacted John on his business page and, he not only responded but actually drove to meet me where I was because my truck wouldn't start. John got it started THEN he went down and opened up his shop on a Sunday, during the parade, just so he could be sure everything was running properly. I will never go to another shop in my life as long as these guys are still in business. John and Ron are true professionals in ever sense of the word and the epitome of customer service. Thanks again guys!

Recently I took my car into Premier for some issues I was having. The customer service was off the charts as was the investigation into the problem. Jon took several hours of his time; which was unscheduled by the way to figure out what was going on with my particular issue. He is thorough and genuine. A far better and much more of an enjoyable experience than Sun and Sound in Worcester.

Easy to deal with and straightforward. That's all you can ask for in my opinion. Ill be going back for any future needs.

Flexibility

These guys are the best! Unbelievable customer service, great price. Couldn't be happier. They truly take price in their work, and make the experience stress-free. They went completely out of their way to get the job done (so much so that I don't want to list exactly what they did, because it would be impossible to do in every case!). Just know that they are straight-shooters, and they have access to quality vendors and only order quality products. John is very upfront and will tell you exactly what you would be getting if you ordered a cheaper product. Their prices are not only competitive, but are the best around. Go here for anything you need when accessorizing your car.

John and Ron are fantastic! They have bent over backwards to help me out with my vehicle and they are more than professional. I've been in of tons of auto shops and they exceed one's expectation without a doubt. Clean shop, friendly, knowledgeable and very down to earth. I will recommend them to everyone!

Brought my vehicle in for a auto detail service. I have never used Premier before, but after the service I recieved I WILL go back again. They were very proffesional and have great competitive pricing. My vehicle is not the nicest, but they took care of it like it was brand new, and that impressed me very much. Cant wait to go back.
